1. Manufacturing Time
Bespoke Jewelry
Each custom jewelry piece is carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality.
‣ Manufacturing time: Approximately 2 business weeks
‣ Once your jewelry is ready, we will share the final product details for your approval before dispatch.
If any design changes or alterations are requested during production, the manufacturing timeline will restart from Day 1.
Loose Diamonds
For loose diamonds:
‣ Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:
‣ International Orders: 6–9 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier service conditions.
Please note that TAPASVI JEWELS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
‣ Severe weather conditions
‣ Customs clearance procedures
‣ Courier or postal service disruptions
‣ Unforeseen logistical circumstances
3. Shipping Partners
To ensure secure delivery, orders are shipped through trusted courier services.

We proudly offer FREE shipping worldwide.
However, please note:

are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid according to the regulations of the destination country.
5. Delivery Address Policy
‣ Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
‣ We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
If the delivery address is modified directly with the courier company after shipment has been dispatched, any delays or issues arising from such changes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
TAPASVI JEWELS guarantees that the shipment will be handed over to the courier company within the promised timeline based on the order type and manufacturing schedule.
